Kaitlin Gregory, Coach
I’m Kaitlin, the woman behind KLG Health and Fitness. My passion is empowering and supporting YOU through your health and fitness journey. As your coach, I look at you as a whole – your interests, your daily schedule, your nutrition, your joys, your stressors. Basically your life. Because your health and wellness is part of your life, not separate from it. And then you and I work together as a team to reach your health and fitness goals.
If you are here, then you are probably looking for a change in your life and I don’t take that lightly. I will help you take action towards your goals. And with action comes momentum. And along the way, I will teach you about fitness, health, and your body.
